About the role

As an Education Advisor at Hvilan Utbildning, you will work with advisory sales of courses and educational solutions to corporate clients in both the private and public sectors. You will be responsible for developing and managing customer relationships throughout Sweden and act as the client's strategic partner in competence development.

The role is business-oriented and relationship-driven, where you work long-term with needs analysis, tailored educational programs, and high quality in every deal. You will be in contact with both decision-makers and course participants and collaborate closely with internal functions and course leaders.

Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

  • Active sales of open and customized training
  • Identify, contact, and develop new corporate clients throughout Sweden
  • Further develop existing customer relationships through upselling
  • Be responsible for the entire sales process – from prospecting and needs analysis to quotes, negotiations, and closure
  • Work towards clearly defined sales goals and budget
  • Operate in line with Hvilan Utbildning's business strategy and quality goals

Advisory and Needs Analysis

  • Conduct advisory meetings to map customers' competence needs
  • Propose relevant educational solutions from Hvilan Utbildning's service offerings
  • Adapt and package educational programs based on the customer's needs (content, format, scope, and delivery method)
  • Be an expert support in competence development and learning within the green sectors

Customer Relationships and Collaboration

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers in the green sectors
  • Participate in customer meetings, both digitally and physically, as well as at fairs and networking events as needed
  • Collaborate with course leaders and internal functions on course development
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction before, during, and after completed training

Administration and Follow-up

  • Document leads and business opportunities
  • Prepare materials for agreements and ongoing collaborations
  • Create course sessions, book course leaders, and administer courses
  • Follow up on incoming expressions of interest

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is business-driven and relationship-oriented, and who thrives in an advisory sales role. You have the ability to understand customers' operations and translate their needs into value-creating educational solutions. Structure, accountability, and good collaboration skills are natural parts of your working method. You don't need to know everything from the start – the most important thing is that you are curious, want to develop, and enjoy collaborating in a team.

Meritorious for the role

  • Higher education in gardening or similar fields, with a strong interest in the green sectors
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the green sectors
  • Familiarity with working with clients in the public sector
  • Experience in sales administration
  • Driving license B
  • Previous experience with remote work
