Made for Sales is helping Siffron build its Swedish organization and is now looking for a Key Account Manager who wants to take responsibility for the central business with grocery retail.
Siffron collaborates globally with leading retailers and brands, delivering solutions that enhance performance and customer experience in stores.
Employment Type
You will start with a 6-month probationary period at Made for Sales, with the assignment at Siffron.
After this period, the goal is for you to transition into employment with Siffron.
The purpose is to create a stable, focused, and efficient startup situation – for both you and the company.
About the Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- building relationships at a central level with ICA, Coop, and Axfood
- driving business dialogues, negotiations, and agreements
- taking business from concept → pilot → rollout
You will work closely with Siffron's Swedish management and together with store salespeople who conduct tests in-store.
Your Responsibilities
- Establish and develop central customer relationships
- Drive complex business and contract processes
- Build business cases and concept solutions
- Coordinate central initiatives with store tests
- Work with price lists, margins, and profitability
- Follow up on pipeline, forecasts, and goals in CRM
We believe you
- Have experience in Key Account Management or central negotiations within retail/FMCG
- Are comfortable with complex sales and decision-making processes
- Have strong business understanding and negotiation skills
- Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where structures are built from scratch
- Speak Swedish and English fluently
