Made for Sales has been entrusted to assist Siffron in establishing its operations in Sweden – as the first step in their European expansion.

Siffron is a global company with deep expertise in merchandising and retail solutions. They are known for solving real challenges for retailers and shoppers through solutions that enhance efficiency, sales, and the overall store experience.

We are now looking for a salesperson who wants to be involved from the start and build Siffron's business in Sweden.

Employment Type
You will start with a 6-month probationary period at Made for Sales, with the assignment at Siffron.
After this period, the goal is for you to transition into employment with Siffron.

The aim is to create a stable, focused, and efficient startup situation – for both you and the company.

About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with stores and daily operations – out in ICA, Coop, and Axfood stores. You will be responsible for showcasing, testing, and implementing Siffron's solutions within:

• Shelf Fronting / Self Management Systems (SFS)
• Loss Prevention (reducing shrinkage and theft)
• Fresh solutions (fruits & vegetables, display, and hygiene)

The role is operational, relationship-driven, and business-oriented.

Your Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct meetings in-store
• Perform needs analysis on-site (shelves, coolers, flows, displays)
• Demonstrate solutions and drive tests/pilots
• Follow up on tests and convert them into business
• Quote according to price lists and close deals
• Work systematically in CRM and report regularly

We believe that you

• Have worked in grocery retail and/or sold to stores
• Are comfortable in a retail environment and can easily build trust
• Enjoy an independent and mobile job
• Have a B driver's license and speak Swedish fluently (English is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with shelf-edge solutions, refrigeration, or store fixtures
• Network within the grocery retail sector
• Experience in shrink/loss prevention
