About the role

As a meeting booker and business representative, you will become a key person in our sales team. You will create contact with potential customers, generate interest in our services, and schedule meetings with investors, entrepreneurs, and partners. You enjoy networking – whether it happens in person, via digital platforms, or through phone and email. You utilize the tools and channels you see as most effective to open doors, build, and maintain new business relationships.

Your responsibilities:

• Create contact with new and existing customers

• Present MJ Capital's offerings clearly and engagingly

• Schedule meetings for our advisors

• Work towards clear goals and contribute to the team's success

Who are we looking for?

We see two possible profiles for this role:

1. Financially interested recent graduate

You have recently completed a degree in economics, finance, or similar, and have the ambition to work in banking, investments, or asset management. The role with us can be your stepping stone into the industry.

2. Networker with entrepreneurial spirit/drive

You are social, driven, and have a strong interest in innovation, startups, business, and financing. You enjoy building relationships and see networking as a natural part of creating business. You are good at opening doors – both figuratively and literally – and thrive on making the first contact.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in speech and writing

• Basic computer skills

• Fluent in Swedish and preferably good in English

Preferred:

• Experience in sales, customer contact, or meeting booking

• Interest in investments, business, entrepreneurship, or business development
