Salehi HR Agency AB is a newly established recruitment company experiencing rapid growth.

We are in an exciting phase of building where the right people make all the difference. We are now looking for a driven salesperson who is in their final year of high school and wants to help build the company from the ground up – with the possibility of a permanent position after graduation.

This is more than just a part-time job.

About the Role

As a salesperson with us, you are an important part of our growth strategy. You will work with:

• Contacting new corporate clients via phone
• Networking and building strong, long-term relationships
• Creating new business opportunities for the company
• Representing Salehi HR Agency AB in a professional and businesslike manner

The work is fully remote at first, and you have a flexible schedule. You plan your own working hours, with a minimum of 5 hours per week.

Development & Career

• Personal development
• Communication & sales

• Building confidence and professional competence

With us, there are clear development opportunities. Your journey could look like this:

Salesperson → Account Manager → Key Account Manager → Sales Manager

You will work closely with your leader, receive continuous coaching, and have the opportunity to grow alongside the company.

Salary & Conditions

• Commission-based compensation at first
• Upon permanent employment, a base salary + commission will be offered
• Opportunity for permanent employment after graduation

We are looking for someone who:

• Is in high school and has at least 1 term left
• Is communicative, ambitious, and relationship-building
• Has a strong work ethic and a desire to develop
• Is curious, responsible, and goal-oriented
• Has no criminal record
• Is of legal age at the start

Previous experience is not required – attitude and drive are crucial.
