We are looking for a Senior Account Executive for a rapidly growing European B2B SaaS company in the hospitality tech sector. The company develops an AI-based platform that helps hotels and other accommodation providers increase revenue, reduce reliance on external booking platforms, and drive more direct bookings. The role is focused on growth in the DACH region and is suitable for those who want to work in an international, high-performing, and commercially driven environment with significant personal responsibility.

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closed deals, acting as a consultative partner to clients looking to develop their business through smart technology. You will drive new customer acquisition through structured outbound efforts, pipeline management, and follow-ups in CRM, as well as participate in relevant trade shows and industry events. The work involves both digital and physical customer meetings where you present the platform's value, build trust, and create long-term business relationships in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

• Fluent German at a native level (C2)

• Very good English in both spoken and written form (at least B2)

• 1–3 years of sales experience in SaaS, software, or service sales

• Proven experience working towards clear sales targets in a fast-paced environment

• Experience managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing

• Experience selling to the hospitality, travel, or tech sectors

• Experience in international B2B sales

• Proficiency in data-driven work with CRM and sales tools
