Responsibilities

Phone contact with Swedish customers who have an account on the platform offered by the company.
Provide assistance, customer service, and training on the platform.
Supply the customer with market updates and news regarding the financial markets. This information is provided solely to enable the customer to make their own investment decisions.

*Complete training and coaching will be provided to ensure your success in the team.

We are looking for you who

Speak fluent Swedish.
Can communicate and convey a message with a lot of energy.
Are passionate about the finance world, investments, and politics.
Are bold with lots of ideas.
Are a team player who enjoys working and building a great team not just at the workplace.
Are willing to learn and adapt.
English skills are a plus but optional.
