As a waiter/waitress with us at Hotell Erikslund, you will be a key player in providing our guests with a fantastic experience. Your proactive attitude and ability to deliver exceptional service will contribute to an atmosphere where guests feel welcome and cared for.

• Manage evening, breakfast, and conference service.

• Welcome guests and ensure all their needs are met during their visit.

• Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks to the highest standard.

• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Handle payments and provide guests with a smooth conclusion to their experience.

• Assist with menu recommendations to enhance guests' experience.

• Previous experience in the service industry is preferred but not required.

• Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment without losing focus on details.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with guests and colleagues.

• A genuine passion for service and customer satisfaction.

• Responsible and meticulous approach to tasks.
