We are now looking for a Planning Leader who also works directly with our clients!

About the role
The Planning Leader works closely with the operations manager based on current objectives, strategies, and other guidelines.
An exciting position where you will work with daily planning and follow-up of home care and household services, but you will also be out working with our clients. The role requires a good understanding of operations and daily work at a detailed level. You will work with continuous improvement efforts, which means that the work is carried out in a resource-optimized and efficient manner, from ordering to execution, with a focus on the client.

Your responsibilities include, among others
Staffing planning, management, and follow-up
Coaching and following up on the organization's employees to achieve goals and create a good work environment
Working in various systems regarding planning, key figures, invoicing, and orders
External contacts
Participating in systematic quality and work environment efforts
Your qualifications
Certified nursing assistant with protected professional title
Experience in coordination with leadership responsibility, or other relevant experience
Good computer skills
Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written
Driver's license B is a requirement
Meritorious
Previous work in home care or other service professions within coordination or planning is meritorious
Summary
Role: Planning Leader
AEmployment type: Permanent, with a 6-month probationary period
Working hours: 100%
Working time: Daytime, Monday to Friday
Start date: By agreement
