As part of the Primary Care Area South, Hälsocentralen Centrum is located just a stone's throw from Sundsvall's city center, yet lush and green. Your future colleagues consist of family and educational doctors, district nurses, registered nurses, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries, as well as a psychosocial team made up of social workers, psychiatric nurses, and psychologists.

We are now looking for two district nurses to join our team! The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date according to agreement. District Nurse at Hälsocentralen Centrum, Sundsvall

• Independent outpatient work with your own patients
• Telephone advice via TeleQ
• Work with both planned and acute visits
• Documentation in Cosmic

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed nurse
• Has further education as a district nurse or equivalent training relevant to the position
• Has experience working with the Cosmic journal system

It is advantageous if you

• Have work experience in primary care

Have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

• Ability to collaborate
• Structured
• Quality-conscious
• Loyal
