JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a physiotherapist in Sollefteå Municipality, you will be offered a varied job where you prioritize and organize your workday independently. The practical work is mainly conducted in the patient's home in regular or special housing. We place great focus on collaboration with other professionals in the work around and with the patient.

We meet people of various ages, although most are older. The work as a physiotherapist means that you are responsible for physiotherapeutic assessment and interventions such as exercise, treatment, and prescribing aids. There is also guidance and training for care staff and relatives. Documenting, following up, and evaluating interventions as well as collaborating with other actors in the care chain are part of the profession. It is a broad job with many contact points, which requires independence and initiative.

The physiotherapist contributes to ensuring that the rehabilitation chain works for the individual and follows up and documents according to applicable legislation.

You will always have close support in your work as all physiotherapists and occupational therapists have their offices located in the same place. QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• is a licensed physiotherapist

• has a B driver's license

As an applicant, you are welcome whether you have experience in the profession or are newly graduated. Experience in municipal health care is an advantage, although great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
