We are growing and are now looking for a nurse to Bjästagården.

Bjästagården is facing an exciting development! In March, we will expand with 12 new care places, and therefore we are now looking for an engaged and secure licensed nurse who wants to be part of our continued journey.

Job Responsibilities

As a licensed nurse at Bjästagården, you have overall nursing responsibility and a central role in the daily work. You work closely with the nursing staff and support them in health and medical care efforts. With your medical competence, you contribute to safety, quality, and good conditions for each individual.

You collaborate with several professions where the patient's needs are always in focus. The assignment also includes mentoring both staff and students, as well as providing support and guidance to relatives.

You will also be an important part of our outer area, where close cooperation takes place between Sidensjögården, Myrtengården, Sörgården, and Bjästagården. The work can at times be independent, which makes the collegial support among nurses particularly significant. Here we help each other, share experiences, and support each other in both everyday and more complex situations.

You have a unit manager at a distance who actively works with trust-based leadership. This means that you have great confidence to make decisions in daily work, while also having support when you need it. We offer a tailored introduction based on your experience, with the support of a mentor to ensure you feel secure in your role. Your health is important to us, which is why you receive both wellness hours and wellness grants.

The working hours are scheduled during the day, from 06:45 to 16:00, and work every 6th weekend.

Qualifications

You are a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in the field. We also welcome you who are new in your professional role to apply. We are looking for someone who can work independently but also has the ability to see themselves as part of the team. You have a strong commitment, a positive attitude towards development, and are attracted to situations where innovation and creativity are involved. It is an advantage if you have mentoring training or other advanced training.

A valid driver's license (category B) is required.

In our municipality, several positions are placed in security class, so a security review may take place. These positions require Swedish citizenship.
