About the position

We are looking for a dedicated administrative care assistant who wants to be a key person in our team! Here, you will combine care work with important administrative tasks that contribute to quality, structure, and security in the organization.

The role includes, among other things:

• Coordination and planning of staffing and schedules
• Documentation and follow-up in the journal system
• Support to the manager and workgroup in daily operations
• Participation in quality and improvement work
• Practical care work based on needs

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained care assistant with experience in administration or coordination in home care
• Has good computer skills and experience in documentation
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and easy to collaborate with
• Sees the big picture and wants to contribute to a safe and well-organized operation
• Experience in Epsilon, Phoniro, Combine, and Quinyx
• Has a driver's license
