Neapolitan Pizza Maker Wanted in Malmö

We are launching a new Italian pizza concept in central Malmö and are now looking for an experienced and passionate Neapolitan pizza maker who wants to be part of it from the start!

Behind this venture is a well-established local brand with two top-ranked units in Malmö city center, known for quality, craftsmanship, and strong guest experience. Now we are taking the next step and expanding with a dedicated pizza concept focused on authentic Pizza Napolitana.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has documented experience with Neapolitan pizza
• Has a background in Italian cooking and aperitivo culture
• Is passionate about quality, ingredients, and craftsmanship
• Is social, positive, and service-oriented
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys teamwork
• Speaks fluent English (Italian is a plus)

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with wood-fired or high-temperature ovens
• In-depth knowledge of dough, fermentation, and pizza techniques
• Italian background or experience working in Italian restaurants
