Property Caretaker

About the role: As a property caretaker with us, you will be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of our properties. Your tasks will be varied and include patrolling and maintaining common areas and property spaces as well as repairs in both apartments and common areas.

You will perform tasks such as repairing refrigerators and freezers, stoves, replacing faucets, switches, electrical outlets, locks, and addressing clogs in drains, adjusting doors and windows, assembling coat racks, etc.

You will handle fault reports and book service orders in consultation with tenants.

Your tasks also include:

• Supporting our property managers in the northern and southern management areas during illness and high workloads

• Continuous patrols of parking spaces

• Receiving and reporting service orders in writing as well as ordering services from contractors in the property system Vitec TF

• Contact with tenants and contractors

• Responsibility for supervision and inspection of rental trailers

Who are you? You are a structured, stable, and collaborative person who easily builds good relationships. You enjoy a varied, active, and operational role. We would like you to have education or previous experience in electrical, plumbing, and repairs in the property industry. In this role, we highly value your personality, motivation, and commitment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a high school diploma and experience in property maintenance or similar practical work

• Has basic knowledge in plumbing, electrical work, appliances, carpentry, and flammable work

• Has a professional approach towards tenants and colleagues

• Has good problem-solving skills and can work independently

• Has a B driver's license

• Has good computer skills and is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Working hours Monday–Thursday 07.00–16.00, Friday 07.00–14.00.
