Simplex is now looking for an experienced operations technician for an assignment in Stockholm, based in Sätra.

You will be employed as a consultant via Simplex and work with the client, responsible for operations and technical installations in multi-family buildings.

About the position

As an operations technician, you are responsible for ensuring that the properties' technical systems function optimally. You work independently but are part of a smaller team where you also support a junior colleague.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision and operation of technical installations (heating, ventilation, energy, plumbing, electricity, control & regulation)
• Operational optimization and management of operational alarms
• Troubleshooting and technical investigations
• Documentation and reporting via mobile work order
• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulatory requirements
• Material purchases and invoicing basis
• Dialogue and proposals regarding operational measures
• Some property technical maintenance as needed

We are looking for someone who

• Has post-secondary technical education in property/construction/engineering or equivalent
• Has approximately 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Has good knowledge of control and monitoring systems
• Is accustomed to working digitally (mobile work order)
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently, English as needed
• Has a B driver's license

As a person, you are structured, service-oriented, and confident in your technical knowledge.

Employment conditions

• Location: Stockholm – Sätra
• Extent: Full-time
• Working hours: 07:00–16:00
• Start: As soon as possible
• Salary: 35,000 – 40,000 SEK/month (based on experience and overall assessment)
