We are now looking for an Area Manager for Region North whose overall responsibility is the daily operations regarding operational issues to deliver on Cabonline's customer promise.

In your role as Area Manager, you will:

• Have overall responsibility for Region North.
• Ensure customer satisfaction regarding product and service.
• Create the right conditions for drivers and operators to deliver our customer promises.
• Have budget responsibility.
• Have personnel responsibility for 5 employees.
• Be responsible for and drive the management team for Region North.
• Challenge the business, drive structure and improvements.
• Build strong and long-term relationships by showing commitment, empathy, and professionalism.

Your team will consist of the service center and administration in Region North, where 5 employees report to you. You will report to the COO of Sweden, and the position is based at Cabonline's office in Umeå, but travel to other offices may occur.

To fit into the role of Area Manager at Cabonline, we see that you have worked as a leader in a similar role where you have had personnel responsibility for other leaders and driven one or more change journeys. Experience from a multicultural organization is a merit.

As a person, we see you as an individual who contributes to the business with your commercial thinking, dares to challenge and change to achieve Cabonline's vision in the long term. You practice a coaching leadership style with great trust in your employees while being clear about what is expected, available, and present as a sounding board. You describe yourself as goal-oriented, proactive, and responsible, a skilled relationship builder both internally and with Cabonline's drivers and operators, have good self-confidence, and are secure in your role as a leader even when tough decisions are required.

Furthermore, you have good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you master other languages. You are also a frequent user of the Office suite and hold a B driver's license.

The position is full-time and starts with a 6-month probationary period. You will work on-site at Cabonline's office in Umeå at Alviksvägen 2.
