We currently have about 100 vehicles and approximately 170 employed drivers.

We are now looking for more drivers who are interested in working extra. We prefer that you have at least 10% availability. As an extra driver, you have a lot of influence over your working hours. You can choose freely which days and times you want to work. If you are interested in full-time or part-time, that is also of interest.

The position is to start as soon as possible. Before starting, training in the company's routines and equipment will be conducted.

We welcome applicants who already hold a taxi license as well as those who do not. If you feel you are the right fit for us, we can assist with study support and costs for obtaining a taxi license.

We are looking for Umeå's best drivers. By best, we mean not only someone who is safe behind the wheel, but we seek individuals who can deliver excellent service and who take care of our customers with a cheerful attitude. Driving taxi with us is primarily about providing good service, and it is a great advantage if you enjoy meeting customers and are socially inclined. You will have customer contact on every trip, and you play an important role in the daily lives of those who use our services.

We are a premium brand in the taxi industry, and you will be our face to the public and an ambassador for the company, which is why we have high expectations of you. Being a premium brand is also reflected in our excellent reputation among customers and drivers. Currently, our drivers have a customer rating of 4.7 out of 5 when rated by customers. Maintaining a high standard and quality means that we have a strong customer base and many trips. Having a strong customer base and many trips also means that we are well-positioned in terms of salary within the industry.

- 21 years old (legal requirement) and hold a B driver's license

Your tasks as a taxi driver will be to perform trips for Min Taxi's customers in Umeå and surrounding municipalities, and to provide our customers with excellent service in the best possible way. Taxi driving is a very service-oriented profession with a lot of customer contact. It is easy to think that taxi driving is just about transporting people to/from bars on weekend nights, as this is often what individuals associate with taxis. However, this is a very small part of taxi driving. Taxi driving with us is primarily community-funded traffic on weekdays. This includes medical transport for regions, school transport, and special transport for municipalities. There are also many business trips for corporate clients. You will constantly work with people and often be a key part of their daily lives, helping them get to/from healthcare facilities, schools, work, etc.

We cover a large geographical area and operate in many parts of Norrland. We have vehicles stationed in Boden, Kalix, Luleå, Nordmaling, Robertsfors, Umeå, Vindeln, Vännäs, and Örnsköldsvik municipalities. It is not uncommon for us to have many longer trips across municipal borders and throughout large parts of Norrland.

In addition to performing trips and taking care of our customers, it is part of your job to keep the vehicles you drive clean and well-maintained.

The company has a collective agreement, and salary is paid in accordance with the collective agreement.
