Now we need to recruit more skilled drivers for our popular depot in Umeå! We offer hourly employment (sick substitute) with good opportunities for permanent positions in the future. At Bybergs, you will find a strong sense of unity among colleagues - regardless of the role in the company - and a high level of job satisfaction. We work together!
If you enjoy working in customer service and aim to always satisfy the customer, you are a perfect fit for us. We welcome passengers on board with a friendly hello, answer questions about trips, schedules, and prices, and ensure that everyone feels welcome and safe on our buses. In short, a positive attitude towards both customers and colleagues should be a given in our company, and we all work based on the motto nothing is impossible!
MORE ABOUT THE POSITIONS
We are hiring bus drivers on an hourly basis stationed at our depot in Umeå. Start date to be agreed upon. We work with a "preferred schedule"/opportunity for an individual schedule based on the type of driving assignments that suit you. The foundation is our line traffic with routes Holmsund/Obbola and Sävar. We also encourage driving Wasaline transfers and cultural trips. If interested and capable, we also offer train driving, Ybuss (express bus traffic along the northern coast southwards), and other custom traffic. Breaks as well as bus cleaning and washing are mainly done at the depot, where you also meet other driver colleagues and the traffic management. We also have group leaders who act as mentors and support new colleagues.
MORE ABOUT YOU
It is important that you are a confident person with good judgment, as you are responsible for the safety and security of our passengers. You have an easy time staying calm in various situations and you have a positive and friendly demeanor. We place great emphasis on personality when filling new positions.
As a bus driver, it is very important that you have a good command of Swedish. When driving school children, you are subject to legal requirements for an extract from the criminal record register in the same way as for personnel in schools and preschools, which means that we will ask you to submit such a document if you proceed in the recruitment process.
To work with us, we see that you have the following qualifications:
- D driver's license
- YKB (Certificate of Professional Competence for Drivers)
- Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
