RESPONSIBILITIES

As a technician, you will be offered a varied workday where no day is the same. Your tasks will consist of:

• Troubleshooting and addressing technical systems such as ventilation, pumps, and other critical operations
• Performing service and maintenance on the property’s installations to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Quick response to urgent operational stoppages or problems requiring immediate action
• Participating in improvement and digitization projects of work processes
• Collaborating closely with colleagues and clients to find solutions and ensure high service quality

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has basic knowledge of electricity and fundamental property technology
• Has basic knowledge of property management in industry
• Has good computer skills and understanding of digital work processes
• Is technically interested and has problem-solving abilities

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with control and monitoring systems
• Knowledge and experience in reading flow and system diagrams
• Background in contracting, construction, or similar projects
• Mechanical experience
• Driver's license B
• Relevant technical education
