Your Role

We are looking for a handy, self-driven carpenter who can work independently. You should be a pronounced problem solver who enjoys variety and challenges.

You will become a central part of the team, and examples of tasks include:

• Renovations and extensions in offices, premises, and warehouses in our properties
• Tenant adaptations for new tenants
• Renovation of kitchens and bathrooms in our premises
• Maintenance and daily management of properties

Your Profile

Formal education is not a requirement, but we expect you to have good and extensive experience. In your professional role, you are driven to perform your work responsibly and with high quality. We also see that you have a good ability to plan and prioritize your work, both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Experienced carpenter, 5 years of experience or more
• Good ability to plan and create structure
• Good communication skills
• Good machinery skills
• Driving license B
