who has several years of experience as a site manager in concrete with experience in project sizes up to 100 million and preferably with knowledge and willingness for some calculations and procurement in the projects. You have good knowledge of construction technology, negotiation, contracts, and construction law, and have the ability to oversee the whole process from start to finish in projects, large and small. You will work closely with the company's colleagues in many different areas of expertise. In the role of estimator, you will be a key person in the organization's continued success.

You will share responsibility for contacts with suppliers and subcontractors, prepare tender documents and specifications during procurements. You will manage the purchasing process and utilize existing contracts.

Job Responsibilities:

The Site Manager works with production management, estimating, work planning, and leadership. A colleague for production staff in ongoing and upcoming construction projects of varying sizes from 10 to 100 million in the Stockholm region. Responsibilities include working on projects from start to finish with customer contact, estimating, scheduling, subcontractors, material planning, reconciliation, quality, environmental, and occupational safety issues, as well as work planning.
