About the Company

At AB Rååpress & Co, we develop and manage brands in self-sufficiency, primarily focusing on offering high-quality products for the production of apple juice, cider, and other beverages through e-commerce. We take pride in providing robust, user-friendly, and affordable machines and packaging solutions to both individuals and cideries across the Nordic region. Quality and customer service are at the heart of our operations.

About the Role

A significant part of the role is operational and includes all warehouse management tasks, such as picking, packing, and order management. Additionally, it involves strategic work in establishing routines, optimizing workflows, and overseeing any warehouse staff. The goal is to run a warehouse with efficient product flows, where quality is paramount. An important aspect of the job is to participate in finding freight at competitive prices with high quality that fits well with our products and optimizing packing for the lowest cost. This work also includes contact with freight companies.

- Operational warehouse work (incoming goods, registering deliveries, conducting quality control, picking, packing, shipping goods according to customer orders, handling returns)

- Logistics and freight (finding high-quality freight at competitive prices, booking freight, contact with carriers, documentation)

- Creating effective and secure routines and workflows for inbound and outbound deliveries

- Monitoring and development (routines, KPIs, inventory)

- Handling inquiries about deliveries, tracking, and delays from customers

- Responsible for purchasing materials for warehouse management

- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring a good working environment for warehouse staff as needed

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is self-driven and efficient, with a constant curiosity to develop our warehouse and logistics operations. You are meticulous and quality-conscious, focused on ensuring that every delivery is accurate and professionally handled.

Our brands have a clear seasonal variation, which means that the order flow differs. Therefore, you need to be able to manage periods with high customer orders and a fast pace, as well as periods with fewer customer orders – where improvement work is then prepared in the form of planning and streamlining. We value a team player with a clear operational drive, who wants to create an efficient operation with us where we have fun at work!

Requirements:

· Valid forklift license

· B driver's license

· Good computer skills

Preferred:

· Previous work experience in a warehouse or as a warehouse manager

· Previous experience with freight bookings, both for B2B and B2C customers

· Previous experience in customer contact

We Offer

A developing role with significant responsibility, where you have the opportunity to influence the operations of a growing company. With us, you will be part of an engaged team, where we help each other and strive to improve a little every day. We offer competitive terms and a work environment where quality and customer focus are central in a family-like atmosphere.

The Position

· Location: Åstorp

· Employment rate: Full-time

· Start date: Immediately or by agreement
