About the Role

As an employee with us, you represent Hornbach and are a role model in terms of commitment, drive, and customer service. We are now looking for a logistics employee for our garden department. Your main tasks will primarily consist of goods logistics in the outdoor area of our garden department, but also sales and advice to customers.

Examples of Common Tasks

• Unloading and loading goods
• Conducting quantity/quality checks on product deliveries
• Managing internal supply and logistics
• Waste management
• Sales of the product range within soil and fertilizer, garden wood, and outdoor plants
• Opportunities to be inspired, learn from colleagues, and exchange solid knowledge and experience within the product area
• Analyzing the department's product presentation
• Assisting in other departments as needed

Your Profile

• High school education or equivalent and experience in retail
• Passionate about providing our customers with the best possible service
• You are stress-resistant, flexible, and solution-oriented
• Pronounced sense of service and customer orientation as well as knowledge of logistics
• Detail-oriented and solution-focused.
• Forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4) and experience driving a forklift is a requirement.
• Driver's license B is a requirement

Working Hours/Duration:

Seasonal employment, part-time 30 hours/week. Fixed work schedule morning, evening, and every other weekend.

Salary:

Salary according to collective agreement.

Start Date:

30 hours/week from 30/3-30/6, 20 hours/week from 1/7-23/8 - 2026
