Do you want to work as the spider in the web within logistics & transport? We are now looking for a Transport Coordinator who wants to help ensure smooth transportation and satisfied customers across several business areas - industry & trade, agriculture, cranes, environment, and construction!

About the role

As a Transport Coordinator, you play a key role in the daily operations. You receive orders, plan resources, and ensure that the right assignments are carried out correctly and on time. You work independently with freedom under responsibility, but in close collaboration with colleagues, customers, and carriers.

The role suits you who are proactive, curious, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make your own decisions.

Your main responsibilities

• Receive and register orders
• Plan and allocate transport assignments and work with transport planning and load optimization
• Pricing of deliveries and assignments
• Daily contact with customers, partners, and suppliers
• Negotiate transport agreements with external carriers if necessary
• Administration and invoice preparation
• Follow-up on completed assignments
• Handling of cargo damages and complaints
• Participation in carrier meetings (if necessary)

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking, structured, and service-oriented. You like to take your own initiatives and feel comfortable working independently, while also being a team player.

We prefer that you have:

• High school education, preferably in transport, logistics, or administration
• Good computer skills and proficiency in the Office suite
• Ability to communicate clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Experience and knowledge of transport and logistics
• Experience in customer contact and/or service
• Knowledge of vehicles
• Understanding of cubic meters, flat meters, and piece goods
