JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Driving a bus is a fun and flexible job for those who enjoy customer interactions. In the role of a bus driver, you will meet children, teenagers, and adults, all with different wishes for their journey. As a bus driver, it is essential that you operate the bus with safety and precision. Equally, you are the company's face to the public, with a positive and loyal demeanor, always aiming to provide our travelers with the best service and a pleasant and safe experience.

We are now looking for several on-call drivers who will have the opportunity to drive various types of assignments, such as school or charter traffic.

In school traffic, you are the safe and secure driver, ensuring that both children and their parents can trust that the journey to and from school is conducted in the best possible way. Perhaps you have some conversations along the way, or maybe it is calm and quiet?

In charter traffic, you will meet a variety of groups often heading to exciting excursions. The assignments are highly varied, and no two trips are alike. There are different destinations and tasks, as well as different groups of people.

QUALIFICATIONS

To fit in this role, we believe you are passionate about service and are an experienced bus driver.

You have:

• formal education in bus driving (D-license and YKB)
• good ability to express yourself in Swedish, especially verbally

As a person, you are service-oriented, accommodating, and solve arising problems smoothly and constructively. You enjoy meeting new people, both young and old, and adapt your way of expressing yourself and relating to them according to the situation and person.

Of course, you are a safe driver with good judgment, as critical situations may arise where you must quickly adapt to new conditions and changed circumstances. Fundamentally, you are a calm, secure, and stable person who meets others in a respectful and professional manner. You ensure that others feel welcome, well cared for, and safe.
