The machine warehouse is part of the company's project operations and ensures that the 800 annual projects receive functional and operationally safe equipment that complies with legal and internal safety requirements for installers. The operation includes everything from concrete pumps to light hand tools and a wide variety of consumables.

This is a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period, starting as soon as we find the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Plan operations in consultation with the Equipment Manager and Team Leader to meet needs.
• Responsible for ensuring that machines and other equipment are functional and operationally safe, safe for installers to use, and that legal and internal requirements are met. Establish checklists for equipment control. Define repair kits for site maintenance performed by installers on projects. Ensure that maintained machines and equipment with kit solutions contain all components when completed and ready for delivery to projects. Log maintenance and service in Doccit.
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with the Equipment Manager and Team Leader about the status and needs of each individual project as well as an overall picture.
• Ensure that necessary spare parts are available for efficient maintenance.
• Order contractors for machine maintenance in consultation with the Maintenance Manager for the Höganäs unit.
• Transport equipment to/from Machine Maintenance/Machine Warehouse.
• Perform loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Ensure that good and structured order prevails in Machine Maintenance (5S).
• Order inspections for machines and equipment that require inspection.
• Other tasks may occur.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in the Machine Warehouse or similar, or as an Installer is desirable.
• Driver's license.
• Forklift license - you will transport equipment with a forklift and also perform loading/unloading.
• You need to be able to plan, establish checklists, be technical, and ensure maintenance of machines.
• You need to be able to speak Swedish and English.
