Your New Job

With us, you will work in a varied and meaningful environment on one of our two preschool buses, where you, together with engaged colleagues, drive and develop the educational activities.

You will be part of a team that collectively creates conditions for children's development, learning, and safe care in everyday life.

The work is based on the preschool's governing documents and allows for reflection, follow-up, and evaluation of the educational activities. Supported by the team's pedagogical documentation, a systematic quality work is carried out, where your professional contribution is an important part of the whole.

Welcome to Us

Your workplace will be on one of our two preschool buses, which are linked to a preschool area. The operations are largely conducted in the same way as in a traditional preschool department, but with outdoor pedagogy as the foundation and many different places to discover and stay at.

The children who belong to the preschool bus are 4 years or older. The day begins at the preschool where the children have breakfast. At around 9:00 AM, the bus travels to a predetermined location, located at most 30 minutes from the preschool. Lunch is brought along and eaten on-site, and the day concludes back at the preschool.

Your Qualifications

You are a qualified preschool teacher with good knowledge of ICT. You have experience or a strong interest in working with outdoor pedagogy and providing children with rich opportunities for nature experiences.

You see the possibilities in a preschool bus operation, where different outdoor environments are used as learning environments, and you thrive in a working method that requires both flexibility and creativity. The work requires you to take responsibility and have a clear safety mindset in the operations on the preschool bus.

You contribute to a positive work climate, have excellent collaboration skills, and a strong commitment to your role as a preschool teacher. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Good to Know

For the job, you need to have a bus driver's license (D). If you do not have a bus driver's license today, the employer will cover your training, and to complete it, you must have a Swedish B driver's license, be at least 24 years old, and be able to present a driving license permit (group 3) and a medical certificate.

The position also includes some bus maintenance.

To facilitate the recruitment process, we ask you to attach relevant certificates and grades for the position you are applying for. Please note that the Education Act requires all employees to present an extract from the criminal record.

Before hiring new employees for our teaching positions, we must ensure that there is a valid teaching license. Therefore, we ask you to attach a current teaching license obtained from the Swedish National Agency for Education within the last two months.
