Driving Instructor for Bus Training

About the Job

As a driving instructor with us, you will teach adult participants both theory and practice related to buses. You will play a central role in providing participants with the right knowledge to meet labor market needs while contributing to traffic safety and professional skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and follow up on instruction in heavy traffic (D).
• Teach both in the classroom and in vehicles.
• Support and motivate participants in their development.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.
• Educate in various continuing education areas, such as YKB.
• In some cases, also work as an education leader to ensure quality requirements.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is an approved driving instructor by the Swedish Transport Agency for category D. You may have previous experience teaching both in vehicles and in the classroom. You have a genuine interest in sharing your professional knowledge, are pedagogical, solution-oriented, and want to see others succeed.

You have great patience and the ability to build relationships and instill trust. You also have a basic experience in administration.

This is Important for the Role

• Approved driving instructor for D (bus).
• YKB training competence
• Ability to teach both practically and theoretically.
• Pedagogical ability and interest in teaching.
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It’s a Plus If You Also Have

• Experience in teaching or mentoring.
• Experience as an education leader.
• Industry network or previous collaboration with transport companies.

Employment Type

The position is a permanent full-time employment, with a 6-month probationary period. Start date is according to agreement.
