Since 1905, operations within the Stiftelsen Stora Sköndal have developed, changed, and improved. Some operations remain, others are completely new. But one thing does not change: We still work based on the conviction of the equal value of all people.

Every day we want to make life better for all the people we meet in our operations. Today we have about 750 employees, both monthly and hourly, who together work towards our vision - a society with a natural place for everyone. Our culture is permeated by our values - equality, care, and change.
