We are now looking for a nursing assistant to Sundsgården.

Your Responsibilities

Your tasks consist of providing care, help, and support to the elderly based on their individual needs and creating a meaningful everyday life for them. We work according to a salutogenic approach, which means that we see the strengths in each individual and the resources and conditions they have.

Your mission will be to provide the elderly with the care and treatment characterized by consideration, respect, and making a difference every day. This helps us to enhance their everyday life. We offer a challenging and stimulating job with great versatility and the opportunity to make an impact.

In addition to daily care, we also work with activities for our clients, which means you will play an important role in arranging and planning these activities.

You will work day and evening according to a schedule.

Your Qualifications

We want you to have a degree from the nursing and care program or equivalent education.

Previous experience in elderly care is an advantage.

The most important thing for us is that you have a genuine interest in providing support and service to other people. We value that you are positive, engaged, responsible, and flexible in your work approach. In your work, you will collaborate with clients, their relatives, colleagues, and other professionals. Therefore, you need to be able to work well with others. We also want you to be attentive and have good communication skills.

It is important that you have a strong empathetic ability and can listen to and understand the various needs of clients, as well as a willingness to meet these needs in the best possible way. The position requires you to be responsible, proactive, and have a flexible working style. We place great value on commitment to the work and a desire to contribute to the best of the organization.

You have good IT skills and find it easy to work with our systems for record-keeping and documentation.
