We are now looking for property caretakers for seasonal work starting in April - May.

We prefer that you have documented education or equivalent competence and have several years of work experience in the field. You will be part of a team of property caretakers/gardeners working with both exterior and interior maintenance, and you will also be involved in new landscaping. As the company expands and we have many different types of gardening and property maintenance work, we are looking for someone who is flexible and not afraid of change and new tasks.

Personal qualities:

Like everyone else working at Uppsala Fastighetstjänst, you are the face of the company to the customer, which is why one of your most important qualities must be that you are positive, outgoing, and engaged. Every person you meet during the workday could be a potential customer or client.

We also place great importance on accuracy and flexibility, as these are qualities that contribute to customer satisfaction.

You should have good knowledge of plant identification as well as pruning trees and shrubs.

Experience in planning and establishing garden areas is an advantage.

A B driver's license is required; BE or C is an advantage.
