About the position 
As a property caretaker, you will play a central role in the daily management of our clients' rental properties, primarily focusing on internal property maintenance and handling of reported issues. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues to ensure a well-maintained property and a pleasant living environment for the tenants. The position is full-time, and you will be based at our office at E A Rosengrens 22 in Västra Frölunda.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Independent responsibility for internal property maintenance
• Manage and plan incoming reports of issues and repairs
• Daily contact with tenants
• Inspections of the properties
• Monthly checks of media systems and SBA

Are you the one we are looking for?
As a Property Caretaker, you will be the face of the company towards tenants and customers. Therefore, we will place great emphasis on personal suitability. You have a strong desire to do a good job and a good ability to build relationships with both your colleagues and tenants and customers. You enjoy providing excellent service and are curious about solving problems. You are practically inclined, see what needs to be done, and make things happen.

We are looking for someone with the following experience and qualifications:

• Several years of experience working as a property caretaker or similar with basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
• Experience in service and customer contact
• Understanding of heating, ventilation, and control systems and the ability to identify deviations
• Good IT skills – you are accustomed to using mobile apps and issue management systems
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, basic knowledge of English
• Driving license B
