We are looking for a consultant who can support a municipal operation with technical requirements specification in connection with procurement. The role involves being a qualified support in the work of developing, quality assuring, and structuring technical requirements and documentation so that the procurement is clear, comparable, and feasible.

• Support the organization in formulating and structuring technical requirements for procurement.
• Contribute to ensuring that requirements and documentation are clear, relevant, and evaluable.
• Ensure that technical requirements are traceable to needs and goals.
• Participate in dialogues and reviews related to requirements specification and documentation.

• Experience in technical requirements specification in connection with procurement.
• Ability to develop and quality assure requirements and technical documentation.
• Experience working systematically with requirements that can serve as a basis for evaluation.
