CFS Larm is an established and growing player in security and alarm solutions for businesses. We work with burglary alarms, access control systems, video surveillance, and integrated security systems – but what really sets us apart is how we view people.

For us, delivery is important, but the people behind the delivery are even more important. We are now looking for an Alarm Technician with a focus on alarms, who wants to become an obvious part of our team and work in a company where we truly care for each other.

About the Role

As an Alarm Technician with us, you will have a technically developing and varied everyday life. You will work with installation, service, and troubleshooting of alarm and security systems where reliable signal transmission, accuracy, and responsibility are crucial.

But the role is about more than just technology. You will become part of a close-knit group where we help each other, share knowledge, and take joint responsibility for our assignments. You will be involved every step of the way – from planning and customer dialogue to commissioning, testing, and follow-up – and you should always feel that you have support from colleagues and management.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Installation, service, and troubleshooting of alarm and security systems
• Work with signal transmission, communication, and system integration
• Participation in small and medium-sized projects
• Technical advice and sounding board for customers and colleagues
• Ensure high quality, operational reliability, and timely delivery

You will be based at our office in Borlänge, but we are flexible regarding the location if it suits your life situation better.

Who Are You?

We believe that you are an Alarm Technician who thrives when technology, responsibility, and collaboration go hand in hand. You may have worked as an Alarm Technician – or in related fields such as mobile masts, elevator technology, advanced vehicles, industrial electronics, or automation.

You are curious, meticulous, and solution-oriented, but also a person who contributes to the atmosphere in the group. For us, it is important that you are a good colleague, not just a skilled Alarm Technician. It is a plus if you are a certified security technician in CCTV or Burglary Alarms.
