Do you want to work with the manufacturing of Extemporaneous Medicines for inpatient care? As an Operations Assistant with us, you will be responsible for quality and customer satisfaction – ultimately contributing to increased patient safety in the region.

Medovia provides supply of medicines, consumables, and other pharmaceutical services to private and public healthcare providers. Our purpose is to simplify and improve healthcare.

About the position

As an operations assistant, you will work closely with our pharmacists. Your main task is to assist both pharmacists and our customers in the best possible way, where your role is crucial to ensure a smooth and efficient daily operation for everyone. Your commitment and ability to collaborate are the foundation for success in our dynamic environment.

The tasks are characterized by personal responsibility, and it is therefore of great importance that you enjoy working independently and have the ability to prioritize and make decisions together with your work team. Good system knowledge and flexibility are additional qualities we are looking for in you.

Examples of tasks:

• Picking and inputting medicines and materials for the preparation of extemporaneous medicines

• Packing and delivering manufactured preparations

• Handling of cooling packaging

• Dispensing and labeling of standard syringes

• Inventory management

The position is located at our unit at Umeå University Hospital, and you will be an important part of our driven and engaged team, which currently consists of 12 pharmacists and 5 operations assistants.

Experience in inventory management is a merit.
