On behalf of the Allmänna Barnhuset and Marie Cederschöld's university, Norstat will conduct a project targeting students in the 3rd year of high school for the fifth consecutive year. The project will be carried out as classroom surveys where students will answer a questionnaire regarding sexual abuse and vulnerability. The goal is to receive responses from 5000 students in year 3 from schools across the country. The project is expected to run from October 2025 to April 2026.

The survey is a follow-up to four previous studies and will provide valuable knowledge about young people's experiences and attitudes throughout the country. The results from the current survey will be summarized in a report submitted to the government and published by the Allmänna Barnhuset Foundation as well as in scientific articles.

Norstat's mission

Norstat's mission is to recruit schools through conversations with the principal to schedule a visit for implementation. We will be present with field staff when students answer the questionnaire via their own computers in their classroom. The survey is estimated to take 40-60 minutes, and we will schedule one lesson hour for the visit. It will be conducted during school hours.

We have a recruitment team in Linköping that handles the bookings, and we are now looking for personnel who can be out in the field at schools across the country to ensure that the data is collected.

Our task is to find a person who can go out to the school and ensure that the survey is conducted. The time for a visit is estimated to take about 1.5 hours plus travel time. We see that it is preferable to make more than one visit if it fits and is in the same region. The compensation/salary for this project is 500 SEK per visit if it is in the home municipality. If travel is required, travel and mileage compensation will also be provided.
