We are looking for a skilled operator with documented experience in rotary punching for our client Nolato Lövepac through direct recruitment.

Located in Skånes Fagerhult, Nolato Lövepac is a leading player in the development and manufacturing of seals and gaskets as well as adhesive solutions for the automotive industry and other industrial sectors. About the position: The work involves performing tasks in the company's production process such as machine operation, setup, adjustment of tools and auxiliary equipment, as well as quality assurance, measurement, and packaging. Since the majority of the company's customers are directly or indirectly connected to the automotive industry, there is a strong focus on quality assurance.

As an operator at Nolato Lövepac, you will work in a team with a strong focus on quality. You will participate in our 5S and improvement work as well as deviation management.

Who are you?: Personal qualities, we see that you are structured, meticulous, and quality-conscious. You are also curious about how the process works as well as analytical and solution-oriented.

You work in an organization that promotes teamwork as part of our LEAN culture, which means you are unpretentious and communicative and have good collaboration skills. In addition to the above, you have a clear interest in developing towards a more advanced role in preparation and process technology.

Role responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the setup, adjustment, and operation of modern rotary punching equipment

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in both process and machine

• Conduct quality checks and ensure the correct product against drawings/specifications

• Actively contribute to improvement work regarding process stability, quality, and productivity

Background and skills:

To succeed in the job, we believe you have the following backgrounds:

• Extensive experience in rotary punching

• Good technical understanding and practical experience in machine setup and fine-tuning

• Experience in troubleshooting in a production environment (mechanical and/or process-related)

• Familiarity with working according to instructions, drawings, and production documentation

• Basic computer skills (production and quality systems, data registration)

• Good knowledge of Lean is an advantage

Other

• Daytime working hours, but shifts may occur if the business requires it

• Good Swedish and English skills in both speech and writing

• Driver's license (B) for travel to and from the workplace
