Your Responsibilities

As a welder at Balk & Hål, you will work on customer-specific projects constructed on-site in Mosslunda. Welding can occur in everything from stainless thin sheet metal to heavy constructions in black material – but everything is manufactured according to drawing specifications.

Your tasks will also include sheet metal preparation work, such as cutting, bending, and pressing as needed. You will work both independently and in smaller teams.

Your Background/Your Qualities

You who are applying for this position are a welder with several years of experience from industrial operations, preferably where you have built machines/products according to drawings. We prefer that your welding skills are broad enough for you to weld in different materials, thicknesses, and methods – mainly MIG/MAG and TIG. You certainly have a welding education as a foundation.

As a person, you are interested, proactive, and enjoy when the everyday life is varied. You should thrive on solving problems and be a good colleague.

Requirements include a B driver's license and access to a car. Forklift and overhead crane certificates are advantageous.

The position is located at Balk & Hål in Mosslunda, just outside Kristianstad. The work is during the day and full-time. The position is a temp-to-perm recruitment where you will initially be hired through Wikan Personal, but after six months, the employment is expected to transition to Balk & Hål's management.
