Machine Operator for our production facility in Eslöv

Your responsibilities:

As a machine operator with us, you will be responsible for the operation of our production machines. You will ensure that the machines are set up correctly, monitor production, and quality assure according to our high standards and customer specifications. The work is done together with one or more colleagues, and you will have independent responsibility for ensuring that production runs smoothly and that the final products meet the highest quality standards.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old and has a high school diploma.

• Is friendly and fits well into small workgroups.

• Has computer skills and is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Has a technical interest, is responsible, and detail-oriented.

• Enjoys working in a team and has a positive attitude.

• Is flexible and able to quickly adapt to various tasks.

About the position:

• Working hours: 2-shift,

  • Monday to Friday (05:42-14:12)

  • Monday to Thursday (14:00-23:30)

• Salary: Fixed salary.

• Start date: As soon as possible by agreement. The employment is temporary with the possibility of extension.

• Hygiene requirements due to food-approved workplace:

  • No long nails, nail polish, or fillings

  • No strong scents, makeup, or perfume

  • Hands must always be cleaned before entering the production area.

• The company provides the employee with the appropriate work clothes and hairnets.
