We are currently looking for a stamping operator for our client Nolato Lövepac!

Nolato Lövepac is in an expansive phase with many new business opportunities on the way. Nolato Lövepac develops and manufactures seals, gaskets, and tape solutions for customers in the automotive industry and other selected industrial sectors. We are as much an innovative idea and development partner as we are an efficient product supplier.

About the position: The work involves performing tasks in our production process such as machine operation, setup, adjustment of tools and auxiliary equipment, as well as quality assurance, measurement, inspection, and packaging. Since the majority of our customers are directly or indirectly connected to the automotive industry, there is a strong focus on quality assurance.

As operators at Nolato Lövepac, you will work in a team with a strong focus on quality. You will participate in our 5s and improvement work as well as deviation management.

Who are you?: Personal qualities, we see that you are proactive, meticulous, initiative-taking, and quality-conscious. The keywords development-oriented, responsible, structured, efficient, and flexible fit you well. You work in an environment that promotes teamwork as part of our LEAN culture, which means that good collaboration skills are an important attribute for the position.

Qualifications:

• Work experience from the manufacturing industry and/or automotive industry

• Experience in stamping is highly meritorious

• Good knowledge of Lean is meritorious

• Good Swedish and English in both speech and writing

• Forklift license

Other

• Working hours during the day but may eventually be adjusted to a 2-shift system

• Driving license B for travel to and from the workplace
