About the Assignment

The assignment offers an exciting opportunity to work with the assembly of sheet metal components in technology and automation within a modern and developing production environment. Here, you will play an important role in the manufacturing process, where accuracy, quality, and collaboration are in focus.

You will prepare and assemble various components according to clear and structured work instructions at each station. Together with an engaged team, you will contribute to an efficient and well-functioning production flow where collaboration and team spirit are central parts of everyday life.

The tasks are varied and mainly include the assembly of components, but also soldering on circuit boards and testing and verification of finished units according to established quality requirements. You will also be involved in final inspection and packaging, giving you a comprehensive understanding of the product and its journey from production to customer.

This is a role for you who enjoys practical work, has a technical interest, and wants to contribute to high-quality solutions in technology and automation.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in the entire work area to maintain an efficient, pleasant, and safe working environment.
• Following production routines, processes, and work descriptions (SOP)
• Producing products that meet specified requirements
• Final reporting of production orders
• Quality assurance and performing measurements
• Following processes regarding deviations
• Continuously working on ongoing improvements in the workplace

Practical Information

• Start: Immediately
• Assignment Duration: 6 months (consultancy assignment with a chance of extension)
• For the right person, employment with the client may be possible.
• Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:30 with flexibility options.

About You

We are looking for someone with a technical interest, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new tasks. You enjoy working independently but also possess good teamwork and communication skills as you will work closely with the team. You are a meticulous person who understands the importance of maintaining high quality in your work while also having good planning skills.

Requirements for the position:

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language and proficiency in English

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience in production or industry
• Experience in assembly
• Technical high school education
• Knowledge in electricity or electronics
• Experience in soldering
• Forklift license A+B
