Summer Interns Needed at Pågen Bakery in Malmö

At Pågen, we bake fresh bread day and night, and we are now looking for summer interns for the bakery's day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.

What does the role entail?

In our bakery, we need summer interns for our various shifts in the bakery's two main areas;

  • The bakery with its baking and packing lines where all our products are baked and packed
  • The distribution where we pack the breads on pallets for transport to stores

In your work at the bakery, you will have a good overview of the production flow and play an important role in ensuring that we can provide the market with fresh products every day. Working in our bakery also means a wonderful collaboration where you become part of an engaged team. In our work, we focus on quality, efficiency, and safety - both regarding you as an employee and food safety.

Who are you?

To work with us, you must be at least 18 years old.

You either have a completed or ongoing high school education, preferably with a focus on technology or food. You may also have worked in another production or process industry and are interested in trying something new. A technical interest is seen as an advantage. Order and tidiness are important to you. You are easy to collaborate with, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. You have good computer skills and communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written. The pace can sometimes be high, so good physical fitness is an advantage.

We need reinforcement in our bakery during weeks 22-35, so you need to be available for work for the majority of these weeks. We also see it as a positive if you can start before the specified period and are interested in possibly continuing to work after the summer.
