The company is a stable player in the manufacturing industry with modern equipment, structured work processes, and a strong focus on quality and delivery precision. Here, you work closely with production with short decision-making paths and a clear goal – an efficient, safe, and well-functioning operation where employees are a key factor.

As a team leader, you will be responsible for the daily operations within your part of production. You will lead the team in operational work and ensure that production maintains the right pace, quality, and structure.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and distributing work in production
• Ensuring that safety procedures and work instructions are followed
• Supporting operators with technical and practical issues
• Managing deviations and working on problem-solving close to production
• Monitoring production, quality, and deliveries
• Participating in and driving improvement work

The role is operational, and you are expected to be a present leader in the operation.

• Has experience in manufacturing or process industry
• Has held a leadership role, such as team leader, supervisor, or senior operator
• Has good technical understanding and is familiar with production environments
• Is structured and comfortable making decisions in everyday situations
• Communicates fluently in Swedish

Experience in improvement work, such as LEAN or similar methodologies, is a plus.

The position is located in Malmö, and working hours are during the day. Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
