Riksbyggen is looking for a property caretaker in Enköping

We are now looking for employees to strengthen our operations in Enköping during the period of weeks 26-33.

With us, you make a difference

You will be responsible for both internal and external maintenance for our customers and become part of a team that manages daily operations. Your tasks will include gardening, minor property repairs, customer contacts, purchasing materials, and maintaining machines and hand tools.

You will work both independently and together with your colleagues, and you will have great freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work.

You contribute with your skills and engagement

We are looking for someone who has the ability to see and meet our customers' needs - you want to help create a good living environment. It is important that you enjoy teamwork and have a positive attitude towards work, customers, and your colleagues. It is also important that you are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and have the ability to organize your work efficiently.

You have a high school education and/or vocational training, preferably with a focus on property maintenance, operations, or management, or equivalent relevant work experience. It is an advantage if you have gardening education, experience from trades such as electrical work and/or plumbing. Good knowledge of tractor driving and handling garden machinery is also a plus.

As computers are a natural part of the work for all Riksbyggen employees, we prefer that you have some computer skills and can handle a computer in your job. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through internal training.

The position is a fixed-term employment with placement in Enköping. Work in other locations within the market area may occur. Start date is summer 2026.

A driver's license for manual transmission is required. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is also required.
