Mormors Bager was established in 1995 in a small location at Botulfsplatsen in central Lund. For over thirty years, Mormors Bageri has been baking delicious and large homemade breads, cakes, and many other treats. Our sourdough breads, with long fermentation times ranging from 24 to 72 hours, are something we are very proud of and known for.

Mormors Bageri has four stores that bake their own pastries and a company/head office where small and large orders and deliveries take place. One store is located in Malmö on Spångatan and three stores in Lund; one at Botulfsplatsen, one at Knutgården, and one at Gastelyckan (where the head office is also located).

We are now looking for reinforcement for our kitchen at Gastelyckan in Lund. Here, three wonderful colleagues work with both hot and cold dishes. We are now looking for a fourth colleague whose primary tasks will be to work with cold items such as open-faced sandwiches, sandwich cakes, sandwiches, etc., both for customer orders and for our stores. We are looking for a person with education or equivalent work experience. Training in HACCP food safety is a requirement. You should also be accustomed to working with EKP.

We would like you to enjoy working in a team, be efficient, and want to contribute to the development of our range and the presentation of our products in our cafés.
