We are now looking for a Head Chef who wants to work practically as a grill chef while also taking on the role of team leader in our Greek charcoal grill at Väla shopping center. The business includes both restaurant operations and catering, providing a varied and creative workday.

As a Head Chef with us, you will work hands-on at the grill and be responsible for the daily operations in the kitchen. You will lead and distribute work within the team together with the Restaurant Manager, ensure high quality in food and service, and be involved in menu development and catering assignments.

We are looking for someone with experience as a chef, preferably in grill/Mediterranean cuisine.

Has leadership experience or a natural ability to take responsibility.

Is stress-resistant, structured, and solution-oriented.

Is flexible and enjoys varied tasks.
