About the role:

In our substitute pool, you will have a varied workday where no day is the same. You will step in as needed and take care of everything from maintaining green areas and flowerbeds to cleaning stairwells and waste management. Our regular working hours are Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, and you will support our three area offices around Borås.

Job responsibilities:

• Maintenance of common areas: Keep our properties well-maintained and welcoming, both inside and outside.

• Cleaning of stairwells and common areas: Create a pleasant and clean environment for our tenants.

• Care of green areas and flowerbeds: Contribute to making our gardens and green spaces inviting.

• Waste management: Help us maintain order and comfort in our areas.

Snow preparedness: During the winter season, there is also an opportunity for snow removal readiness and ice prevention as needed outside of regular working hours (7 AM to 4 PM). This means you may be called in to keep roads and walkways safe, regardless of weather conditions.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is practical, meticulous, enjoys varied tasks, and can work at least three days a week on average. A B driver's license is required, as you will need to get around between our various areas in Borås. Perhaps you applied for a summer job with us this year and want to start working extra already? Previous experience in property maintenance is a plus, but the most important thing for us is your attitude and willingness to develop.

Practical information

The position is an intermittent (as needed) employment with hourly pay, where we have an ongoing need for extra support. Although we cannot guarantee fixed working hours, there are great opportunities to work as needed to support us in our daily work.
