Your Role

A workday with us is never the same; our operations run around the clock, and a multitude of machines are rented out every day! We have a fast-paced workday, and every employee is a key person who contributes to making the operations run optimally. Our depot in Linköping is growing, and therefore we need to strengthen the team with an additional employee. You will have a broad role, with tasks related to the return of machines and traffic control, as well as a lot of practical and physical work at the depot.

The tasks include in more detail:

• Traffic control work
• Loading and unloading trucks with small and large machines
• Return handling of machines
• Basic checks and cleaning of machines
• Writing contracts and reports on completed assignments
• Delivery of machines and products to customers in the field

The role involves many contacts with customers, which requires a high level of service and customer focus. Working hours are during the day with possible on-call duties in the future.

About You

In this recruitment, we place great importance on your personal qualities and attitude. You have completed high school education, and if you have worked with similar tasks, we see it as an advantage but not a requirement.

For you, it is natural to be service-minded and to give that little extra to customers and colleagues. Accuracy, initiative, and resilience are qualities you possess. You are responsible, confident, and flexible, and can work both independently and in collaboration with others. As you will be working with formatting contracts and reports on completed work, it is crucial that you feel comfortable with numbers and calculations.

You have a B driver's license, basic computer skills, and good language skills in Swedish. It is an advantage if you have a BE driver's license, work on the road, and a forklift license; if not, we can provide these trainings.
