Who are you?

You are a natural problem solver who enjoys a fast-paced environment. A friendly hello and a desire to inspire and develop others is second nature to you. Do you have a great interest in fresh produce and selling goods? Great! Do you have previous leadership experience – even better!

We believe that you:

• Have a high school diploma and are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it’s fantastic if you do too.
• Have a couple of years of previous experience working in a store within the Fresh Produce area.
• If you have previous experience in leadership, store economics, and sales, that is a plus.
• Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaging.
